Black Parrot Suites and the Hotel Coco de Mer combine to offer a total of 52 rooms and suites. The Black Parrot Suites are available only to adults and children aged 14 and older; younger children are welcome in the hotel's Junior and Senior suites.
Each of the suites has been meticulously designed with peace and tranquillity in mind. The design style is decidedly modern with neutral colours, creative lighting, modern accents, and clean lines throughout. However, designers have not left out the Creole history of the island. Exterior spaces give a nod to Praslin's heritage in both architecture and décor.
Black Parrot Suites include en suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, slippers and bathrobe, hair dryer, Egyptian-cotton linens, flat screen TV with satellite service, MP3 docking station, fridge, desk, separate sitting area, free cots and infant beds (upon request), and a fully furnished balcony or patio with an extraordinary view.

Black Parrot Suites invites guests to dine in one of their two on-site restaurants. Several other options are available as well. Guests can take a short trip to one of the local neighbourhoods or other resorts where additional dining options can be found. The two restaurants on site are:
• Hibiscus Restaurant – As the main dining facility at the hotel, the Hibiscus Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring international cuisine and traditional Creole selections. The restaurant's very popular barbecues also attract locals for lunch and dinner. A typical English breakfast is served in the morning, followed by buffet lunches and dinners. Children's menus are available as well.
• Mango Terrace Bar & Grill – Lunch, dinner, and light fare throughout the day are served at the Mango Terrace Bar & Grill. This beachfront restaurant offers a unique dining atmosphere thanks to an eclectic design that makes very good use of natural elements such as ivory, copper and wood. The Mango Terrace is an à la carte restaurant serving international foods and your favourite seafood.
• In-Room Dining and Manager's Reception – Additional dining is available via room service and a free, daily Manager's Reception. Room service menus offer guests a selection of dishes from both of the hotel's restaurants. Manager's Reception offerings vary from day-to-day.
