There are 52 rooms and suites at the Hotel Coco de Mer, in three categories: Junior Suites, Senior Suites, and Parrot Suites. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the Parrot Suites, but they are welcome in both Junior and Senior Suites.

• Hibiscus Restaurant – The Hibiscus Restaurant is the main dining facility offering breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Breakfast is a typical English breakfast while lunch and dinner include themed buffets featuring international and local Creole recipes. The restaurant is also well known on the island for its barbecues. Children's menus are available as are special requests for those with unique dietary needs.
• Mango Terrace Bar & Grill – The Mango Terrace serves lunch, dinner and other light fare throughout the day. It is a beachfront restaurant with an adjoining bar featuring a unique ambience created by the abundant use of wood, copper and ivory. The menu here is à la carte and offers both international and seafood specialities.
• Manager's Reception – A free manager's reception is offered daily at the Hotel Coco de Mer. The reception includes light fare designed to provide a quick and easy meal if you are not preferable to visiting one of the restaurants. Menu choices for the reception vary from day to day.
• In-Room Dining – Guests can take advantage of in-room dining by utilising room service. Menu choices include selections from both restaurants; room service is limited to specific times of the day.
