Welcome to HERITAGE LE TELFAIR GOLF & SPA RESORT

HERITAGE LE TELFAIR GOLF & SPA RESORT

The Heritage Le Telfair is a small, five-star luxury resort nestled in the mountains of the Bel Ombre region of Mauritius. It is named after renowned botanist Charles Edward Telfair who, along with wife Annabel, was instrumental in developing the area in the 19th century. The resort is purposely small, created to take guests back to the days when Mauritius was a major player in sugar and spices. Colonial style architecture is perfectly complemented by narrow walkways and the same local vegetation that would have been present on the colonial plantations of old.

Restaurant

The Heritage collection of resorts offers guests a total of 12 restaurants and 8 bars from which to choose. At the Heritage Le Telfair, your options are as follows:

•Annabellas – This is the resort's main restaurant named after Annabella Telfair. It is a brasserie-style restaurant serving breakfast and dinner daily. Seating is arranged in four distinct areas, with a fifth chefs table situated in the centre of the space. Each features its own décor of a different colonial-era influence. The food here is decidedly Mauritian and includes local ingredients and wines.

•The Club House – As the name suggests, this restaurant overlooks the complex golf course and offers international cuisine for breakfast, brunch and lunch. This is the place for light meals during the day and snacks whenever you are hungry. The bar is also open daily.

•Le Palmier – Heritage Le Telfair offers beach dining for lunch at Le Palmier. It is one of the favourite gathering spaces at the resort because of its unique location between the beach and pool. The menu consists of sandwiches, salads, pizza, ice cream, and a selection of light snacks and drinks.

•Gin'ja – Gin'ja offers guests a culinary escape to Asia without ever leaving the warmth and beauty of the Indian Ocean. With plenty of white sand and beautiful ocean views just steps away, Gin'ja offers an exquisite dining experience featuring pan-Asian cuisine.

•Le Chateau De Bel Ombre – This restaurant occupies a 19th-century mansion located next to the complex golf course. Is easily accessible for fine dining from any of the three resorts in the complex.
