When booking your stay, Le Cardinal offers four levels of accommodation including Junior Suites, Duplex Suites, Standard Penthouses, and Deluxe Penthouses. Although the resort caters to couples, the Penthouses are ideal for families with children or larger groups of adults travelling together.
Junior suites can be found on all three floors of the hotel's main building. These offer plenty of space for the couple looking for a romantic hideaway. Duplex Suites are located on the second floor and offer beautiful views of the bay. Penthouses are also situated on the second floor; these offer considerably more space including an expansive terrace, large living room and either a Jacuzzi or private pool.
All suites and penthouses feature very modern décor with clean lines, contrasting colours, and plenty of wood throughout. Amenities include en suite bathroom, free toiletries, hair dryer, flat screen TV with satellite service, mini bar, in-room safe, coffee and tea facilities, and private balcony or terrace.

Your dining options at Le Cardinal are limited due to the size and boutique nature of the hotel. The hotel offers a full-service restaurant and two bars as follows:
•Main Restaurant – The hotel's main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner offering a gastronomic journey based on international à la carte menu. Orders are taken at your table, then prepared according to your exact specifications and served in minutes. Guests can enjoy seating inside the restaurant or outdoors on the open deck. Beautiful views of the ocean await regardless of where you choose to sit.
•The Beach Bar – The Beach Bar is just what its name implies – a dining and drinking establishment at beachside. During the day, the bar serves light snacks and tasty lunch items along with delicious cocktails and exotic drinks. During the evening, they offer a themed dinner usually based on local or regional seafood. Dinner options change nightly at the Beach Bar.
•The Blue Bar – This bar is the place to go to have a drink while relaxing and having an enjoyable conversation. The only food served here consists of light snacks one would normally expect to find in an upscale bar environment.
•Off-Site Dining – The hotel's location in the Trou Aux Biches region makes it very close to several local Mauritian towns. These towns offer a full range of dining and nightlife options for your convenience.
