There are 181 rooms and suites at the Outrigger, all with beautiful views of the ocean. Each of the rooms includes a balcony or garden terrace, wi-fi internet access, flat-screen TV, oversized bathroom with separate shower, minibar, iPod docking station, and more. The furnishings and décor are simple but comfortable, with a decidedly tropical flair.
Deluxe and Club rooms are the most affordable options at the Outrigger. These rooms range between 64 m² and 74 m² of floor space; the Deluxe Family option offers separate areas for parents and children to ensure privacy. Junior and Senior suites are the next level up, offering separate living and sleeping areas and floor plans beginning at 78 m². Free access to The Club facilities is also included.
The Outrigger's Beachfront Villa is the top-tier accommodation consisting of two deluxe suites with rooms for children, separate living space, and 675 m² of total floor space. 24-hour butler service is also available on request.

Dining at the Outrigger is an experience unto itself. The hotel offers three restaurants featuring regional, Asian, and international cuisine using both traditional and modern recipes. Your three dining options are:
•Edgewater Beach Bar and Grill – This a stylish beach restaurant perfectly situated to provide guests with views of the pool, beach and ocean while they dine. As for the food, the Edgewater offers a mixture of local classics and Asian and European fare with a modern influence. The restaurant is well known for its crab dishes and excellent selection of local rums. The Edgewater serves everything from sandwiches to salads to seafood and barbecue.
•Mercado – Enjoying a meal at Mercado is a bit different. The restaurant combines a decidedly international menu with the food market concept where guests are encouraged to interact with their chefs during meal preparation. Mercado is a vibrant and friendly restaurant with an exciting vibe, inviting you to try Asian, Indian, European, and Mediterranean cuisine.
•Plantation Club – The Plantation Club serves as a private lounge for Club, Suite and Villa guests from the morning hours through until late afternoon, serving breakfast in the morning and cocktails, light snacks and afternoon tea service throughout the day. In the evening, it is open to all resort guests as the hotel's elegant and fine dining option. The menu consists of world-class cuisine from around the world combined with excellent wines from the Club's extensive cellar.
