Open kitchens give guests a full view of the world-class chefs as food is being prepared.
•Tides – Tides invites you to enjoy a scrumptious lunch or dinner at the water's edge. Seafood is the name of the game here, served in a relaxed environment that combines great food with live music. The restaurant also offers international choices for those who do not care for seafood.
•Citronellas Café – This casual restaurant offers an open market atmosphere serving lunch and dinner daily. Lunch offers a selection of light meals including wood-fired pizza and salads. Dinner offers an authentic Italian experience featuring traditional recipes from various regions of Italy.
•Paul et Virginie – And exquisitely romantic restaurant serving international and authentic Mauritian food with views overlooking the pool and lagoon. The menu is à la carte.
