The symphony philosophy of the Residence Mauritius extends to the resort's three restaurants. As an island known for its blend of multicultural influences, Mauritian cuisine represents a plethora of flavours and ingredients. Each of the three restaurants reflects this multiculturalism from a different angle. You can dine at:

•The Dining Room – Start your day at the Dining Room with a sumptuous and bountiful breakfast buffet that includes both Western and local specialities. In the evening, the Dining Room takes on an air of sophistication for a refined dining experience. Guests can choose from an international buffet featuring Mauritian specialities or a table service menu highlighting incredible fusion recipes.

•The Verandah – Serving light lunches only, the Verandah offers a break from the midday sun under the shade of umbrella-adorned tables. The restaurant serves a delicious menu of toasted sandwiches, pizza, salads, and more around the main pool. Top off your lunch with a perfect ice cream dessert.

•The Plantation – This restaurant gets its name from the beautiful plantation house in which it is found. The Plantation has become one of the most popular dining destinations on the island thanks to its fresh approach to seafood and local Mauritian cuisine. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily; guests can choose between the interior dining spaces and tables on the outdoor deck and the beach.
