As a boutique hotel, the New Emerald Cove offers just 42 rooms in two categories: Standard (28) and Superior (14). Rooms are located on both the sea and garden sides of the hotel, providing excellent views with either choice. Sea-facing rooms are treated to glorious sunrises every morning while garden facing rooms enjoy lush greenery and meticulously maintained grounds.
As soon as you enter your room, you will immediately recognise an island theme through and through. Designers did not shy away from incorporating local elements and design style into nearly every aspect – from colours to furnishings to room layouts. Native wood reminds you of the tropical setting while cool colours soothe and relax. The purposely-Creole influence envelops guests in a truly authentic experience that is both warm and welcoming.
Accommodations include en suite bathroom with separate shower, hair dryer, minibar, fridge, coffee and tea maker, in-room safe, desk, and free bottled water. Free cots and infant beds are available upon request. Rollaway and extra beds are also available for families upon request.

Dining options at the New Emerald Cove are limited to a single restaurant. There are other resorts and neighbourhoods within a short distance of the hotel where guests will find additional dining options. The hotel's on-site restaurant is:
• Hibiscus – As a modest restaurant in both size and décor, Hibiscus can seat up to 150 guests just steps from the white sand beach. A large, architecturally stunning roof covers the seating, yet with no walls to impede the view, an open-air feeling is maintained. Hibiscus offers a free complimentary breakfast each morning; lunch and dinner buffets feature international cuisine prepared by very talented chefs. Al fresco dining is available when the weather permits.
