Heritance Ahungalla provides 152 luxurious guest rooms, each with ocean views and private balconies. Décor is clean and elegant with monochrome colour schemes and polished wood floors while locally-woven materials add an exotic feel to the rooms. Bathrooms have stone floors and rain-shower cubicles, and all are supplied with custom-made toiletries. Heritance Ahungalla also has several guest suites, each with a separate and spacious living area, making these ideal for families.
All guest rooms are fully equipped with efficient air-conditioning, satellite TV, and a minibar. Tea and coffee making facilities are available, and free bottled water is supplied. Heritance Ahungalla has several dining options, with fine restaurants and a coffee shop providing a range of delicious cuisine. The award-winning culinary team offers menus that incorporate indigenous spices and produce with recipes from all over the world, in a variety of elegant dining venues.
•Jute Restaurant – The hotel’s main restaurant serves buffet meals throughout the day, with an enormous variety of breakfast dishes and a global selection of lunchtime delicacies. Themed evening buffets provide tempting choices of local and international fare as well as beautifully presented desserts.
•Upper Room – This fine dining restaurant takes top-quality ingredients, and combines them with Eastern and Western cooking techniques to produce a sophisticated fusion menu that is guaranteed to provoke the taste buds. An international wine list accompanies the menu.
•Mustard Coffee Shop – Heritance Ahungalla’s attractive coffee shop provides snacks, drinks and an à la carte menu that offers light meals such as soups and salads as well as steak, seafood, and Chinese food.
